Order partially canceled.

I purchased a new computer, geek squad protection and an xbox 3-mth free pass.

I used my Best Buy credit card to pay and verified with Citibank that the payment posted successfully on 12/19. Yet, the geek squad protection and FREE pass were both canceled. The pass was actually included with the computer so that's bewildering. This has been one of the worst transactions I've had on such an expensive purchase.

Can someone at Support please assist or explain why this happened?

I've spoken to at least six people and none of them could clear this up.
