Order online, pay in store?

Forgive me if this is posted somewhere already, but I was browsing online and picked out an item I'd like to purchase but I would prefer to pay at the store in cash. Is there some way I can place an order online and then go to the store and pay for it so it will be all ready to go when i get there?

Re: Order online, pay in store?

Well all items have to be reserved with a guaranteed payment method. Gift Card or Credit Card. You can tell the agent that you want to pay cash instead and they may be able to do a return and re-ring.

Maybe a mod can help in this instance. Or one of the other super users on here.

Re: Order online, pay in store?

Hey, mrsir0517,

Thanks for connecting with us on our Forums! We love hearing that you want to make a purchase. We appreciate you picking us for your latest technology purchase!

If you would like to pay cash, that can only happen in our store. That said, even if it is an item our store does not have in stock, they can usually assist you in ordering it (and still paying cash in store). Otherwise, we would encourage you to use one of the variety of payment options available on BestBuy.com.

Re: Order online, pay in store?

Just a suggestion - Many grocery stores now sell Best Buy gift cards through their Gift Card Mall Rack so maybe buy what you need and place the order online.
