Order of missing item made by online support had a wrong zip code and was misdelivered

I made a purchase at a store and had a missing item from a special offer.

Contacted online support via chat and they sent me the item, but the address he input had a wrong Zip code and some  extra characters.

The item was sent to the wrong address at the end.

Welcome back to our forums.  It sounds like there may have been a mix-up with your recent BestBuy.com order, and I’m sorry to hear it resulted in the item being incorrectly shipped to the wrong address.  While I can’t guarantee a particular outcome at this time, I’ll be happy to look into this order further, and offer any additional assistance I can.

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
