Order not showing up Online

Hi there, so I placed an order around midnight online for a total of $524.66.
For some reason I have yet to receive an email confirmation, or see a confirmation on my Best Buy page. It has already went through on my card though.
I didn’t think to save the order number due to me normally getting something right away. Please help me out with this ASAP! I want to make sure my order went though.

Welcome to our community.  I tend to keep a pretty close eye on every online order I make, so I’m sure it would be a bit inconvenient to have to manually check the status of each order online rather than rely on email updates.  I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received an email confirmation for your recent purchase.

 

First, we’ll first want to make sure your email address is correct in our systems.  You should be able to check this from within your BestBuy.com account, but I can also double-check on my end, too.  You may also have to add BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your email contacts or whitelist to ensure our messages are not blocked by your provider's spam filters.  If you will please send me a private message that includes the below information, I will make sure your information is all up-to-date and see if I can provide you with an update on your order.

 

Full name

Email address

Phone number

Shipping address

List of item(s) purchased

Last four digits of card used
