Order not showing in Purchase History

I decided to look for the order history of a old pre-order I placed in 2016 as well as other pre-orders I placed during that year because I think I had others pending release.  Well I couldn't find it in Purchase history and it was there last year last I recall.  I recently received an update release date email for FFVII standard edition I ordered in 2016 and typed that order number into the purchase history search field, the order shows up.  But when I manually scroll thru 2016 orders it doesn't show up in 'All orders' or 'in progress'.  I fear that other orders aren't showing up when browsing and having to go thru all my bestbuy purchase emails in the past 4 years to find all those order #s seems rediculous.  Is there an issue with the online purchase history page?

As someone who places multiple pre-orders myself, I know how important it is to keep track of your orders as they progress.

 

Regarding how they’ll appear on your purchase history, you’ll typically see your pre-orders towards the top of your purchase history, or in the “In Progress” tab you’ve referred to.  If there are orders that should be appearing your history that you’re not seeing, feel free to send me a private message with:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The games you’re looking for

 

This should be enough information for me to review your orders further, and hopefully offer any additional assistance I can.  To send me this information privately, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.
