I bought a Macbook Air yesterday (February 18th) and Best Buy shipped via SHIPT. The order was supposed to be delivered on the same day before 9 pm and it was SIGNATURE REQUIRED, in other words, I had to sign it upon receipt because it was an expensive purchase (almost a thousand dollars). I waited the whole day for my order but it never arrived. I went on the Best Buy website and they said it was delivered already. The order wasn`t on my porch or my door and it was SIGNATURE REQUIRED, but no one collected my signature. I had a bunch of other orders on my door from amazon and target but nothing from best buy. I want to open a complaint/dispute to know what happened and I want my refund. I`ll never buy at Best Buy again. First and last time, what a headache.

Best buy gave me my refund but one week later they charged me again.
I contacted SHIPT and they told me they cant help me with anything since BESTBUY is the retailer and they are responsible for refunds. The order was signature required and it didnt have my signature in it. Best buy couldnt provide me with documentation or proof of my signature of that was delivered at my door or porch. I even saw the whole day footage of my porch and no one came. Best buy gave me a simple response that wont issue me a refund and I have to ask law enforcement help. This is how they work and how they treat their clients? This is outrageous.
