Order not received.

I ordered 4 alexas, and it says on my order that they were delivered on thursday, but they werent delivered, I already asked my neighbors and they didnt took any package. I have been trying to get in contact through the phone and also throught the website chat, but couldnt get in touch with any agent, I really hope someone can help me.
