My order was to be delivered by 9pm today per the tracking information online. It is past 9pm and my item states it is still "out for delivery". The least that could be done is to notify your customers of any delays. I have yet to receive any information regarding my order being delayed. Is this what I can expect moving forward with Best Buy online purchases? And for there not to be 24 hour customer service agents available to help with these issues is ridiculous. Not only have I been waiting by the door for my order to arrive, I have to now wait until tomorrow to contact an agent and out what happened with my order?? Do not offer same day or next day deliveries if you cannot fulfill them. Waste of time.

I don't know who the delivery courrier is, if you can share what carrier you used it can help to make an assumption but not an official Best Buy response which you may receive early morning.
Let us know what carrier was associated with it please. (Do NOT post any tracking or order numbers)
