I need help with the next course of action I can take if anyone can help me out. I placed an order in December that included a motherboard ($309.99) and never received it despite being marked as delivered. Opened a case with Best Buy as well as UPS, I was told by multiple agents that my refund was on the way and not to worry, and signed a piece of paper from UPS declaring i did not receive the motherboard. Now the investigation in UPS is closed (once again, UPS says it was delivered when I never received the item) and Best Buy ruled that I will not be receiving a refund due to UPS closing the investigation.
I’m planning on opening the case with UPS again when I can get in touch with someone on their end, is there anything I can do through best buy’s customer service to keep this case open? Should I contact local law enforcement? If i never received my item i personally think i should get a refund/a new item. (In a chat with an agent i requested a refund specifically and was reassured in a different live agent chat that the refund was on the way)
