Order not delivered by USPS

My son placed an order through bestbuy.com and it’s been 48 hours since USPS site states it was delivered. However, NO PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED! I live in a complex with a mailbox with a key so there is no possibility the package was stolen. USPS never delivered it. I need to have the item refund or replaced ASAP. I’ve tried the chat and after waiting an hour, I received a notice there’s an error on your side. I’ve filed a claim with USPS and now I need someone from bestbuy to either credit or replace
