Order not being delivered?

I placed an order on November 15th that said it would be delivered by November 20.  However it is the 19th and still says it is being prepared.   If I knew it was going to be an issue I would have ordered differently.   No info has been sent saying it was going to be late.   Is there anything I can do?   This is a gift and it is extremely frustrating to have no communication and have it so difficultt to even contact someone to get an answer.   A public message board is not the way problems like this should have to be handled and not everyone has the time to call and wait.

Now I just got an email saying it might not come until December 19? I feel sorry for anyone trying to order Christmas gifts. Also, it won’t let me cancel online? I am so completely disappointed by this experience.

I know how frustrating it can be to get a notification that something is delayed when you need it as quickly as possible. Using the email address associated with your Forum account I was able to find your order. I see that it has been marked as delivered as on November 20.
