I placed an order on November 15th that said it would be delivered by November 20. However it is the 19th and still says it is being prepared. If I knew it was going to be an issue I would have ordered differently. No info has been sent saying it was going to be late. Is there anything I can do? This is a gift and it is extremely frustrating to have no communication and have it so difficultt to even contact someone to get an answer. A public message board is not the way problems like this should have to be handled and not everyone has the time to call and wait.

Using the email address associated with your Forum account I was able to find your order. I see that it has been marked as delivered as on November 20.
