Dear BBY customer support:
I have an order placed on August 8th and shipped via Best Buy delivery on August 10th that was never received. I was told by BBY support that the order would be delivered by 8/23/21 and if it still did not arrive, to reach out again for a refund. I would like to request that refund now. I am aware we are not supposed to write order #s or personal info on the public forum, so please send me a message so that we can have this resolved. Thank you.
