So on 12/19 I purchased a gift card that was supposed to be shipped to my house (couldn't make it to the store). Anyways, on 12/20 I received an email saying it would be delayed and the estimated delivery was now 12/24. However, the tracking info has not updated since 12/21 and only says pending. I honestly don't care for the gift card now as it was a Christmas gift and the holiday has passed. I would like a refund as I never received my item, and I have not received any information as to where it is. The website says I cannot cancel the order so I'm wondering how else I can go about possibly getting my money back?
