Order marked as picked up, but I have not picked it up!

I ordered the Insignia 2D Body Massage Chair from BestBuy.com for pick up at the Best Buy Compton, CA Warehouse location last Monday, 11/22/2021. Last Monday we arrived to the Compton Warehouse to pick up our massage chair- when we got to the pick up dock, the massage chair in the box wouldn’t fit our car so we were told by the 2 staff members to call the Customer Care number, (1-888-237-8289), to schedule a delivery.

 

We called the number right away and spoke to a representative who said they added a note in the database to have an email sent to us to schedule a delivery. But we never received the follow-up email from Best Buy so yesterday I called the customer care number to follow up and I spoke to someone who told me that the system shows that the item was picked up, but she could also see that the chair was still at this warehouse location.

 

I need someone to update the status of my order to accurately reflect that I have NOT picked up the massage chair, so that I can schedule a delivery ASAP! The price of the massage chair has now gone back up to the full price (I purchased it while on sale last week) and I do not want a refund; I want the item that I ordered.

 

This has been a nightmare and at this rate, I have no plans to make future purchases.

I can only imagine what it would feel like to be told the system has been marked as complete when you still do not have your massage chair.
