What is the process for missing or stolen packages? UPS tracking claimed the package was transferred to USPS and USPS claimed they "left at mailbox". I assumed they meant "IN my mailbox", but I was worried the courier just left it there as the package would be too big to fit inside it. The mailbox is shared between my community. I have checked every within the vicinity of my house, and all around my mailbox. I also checked with a couple of my neighbors, but I have yet to check with one adjacent neighbor still because they were not home. I have not had any issues with shipping before in the past. I waited until this morning to make sure it didn't show up, but I still don't see it anywhere. Please help, it is quite upsetting to not receive a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday as it was nt to be a gift. I was really hoping to receive it before the weekend as it was supposed to be a gift.
