Order keeps getting cancelled

This seems to be an issue that is very common from what I can tell.  I just placed an order for a bluray for instore pick up but the order was cancelled in about 3 minutes due to my information that was unable to be verified.  This is the same info that I've used to purchase for the longest time so I have no idea what's going on.  Please help since I would hate for this situation to affect me on Black Friday.

Wow almost a full 24 hours and still no response from Best Buy Support. I wasted an hour and a half on the phone trying to get someone to assist me and no one seems to know what is going on. This is coming from an Elite Plus customer that spent 13k last year. Guess it's time to move my business to Amazon since the writing is on the wall for Best Buy.

My apologies we took longer than you expected for us to respond. I know this can get a bit scary wondering why your orders keep getting cancelled so close to Black Friday. Don’t worry, I’ll get it sorted out for you.

 

I was able to find your order with the email you provided when you signed up for the forum. After looking into it, I wanted to dig deeper into it for you. That stated, I have escalated this to one of our internal support teams for further review, and I’ll let you know what’s going on as soon as I hear back from them. This may take 3-5 business days.

 

Once they reach out to me, you may receive a private message from me with the info pertaining to your orders. Hope this helps.

It seemed the issue was the quantity of items on your order. Per the information I received, future orders must fall within the order quantity limits outlined on Bestbuy.com. Daysha, 

 

I'm not sure what that even means because I was buying a movie I never purchased in my life.  So I can't purchase ANY movies from Best Buy anymore?  None of this makes any sense.
