Order keeps getting canceled...

Please help, my order keeps getting canceled, i have contacted my bank, and they are verifying that the payment is valid and my billing information matches exactly to the payment method used. Im unsure of what to do. 


here is the information on my order that was canceled

Please help me correct this issue.

Although I wish you were reaching out under happier circumstances, I'm glad you came to us for help with your cancelled order. We greatly appreciate that you decided to make a purchase with us, so this is not the experience we aimed to provide. 


An order can sometimes cancel if the billing and shipping details contain conflicting information, so it's always a good idea to have that information match up if possible. I'd be happy to look in to your order to see if that's the case.
