My Best Buy online order keeps getting canceled almost instantly. The email message says "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order." But I'm sure my information is correct and the same as what I provided! I even see pending charges on my card everytime I try to place an order, meaning that it went through on the bank's side. But the order still got canceled.
Can someone please help me??

Ordering online is super convenient when available, so I would be seeking some support if my orders were getting cancelled as well. Typically, this happens when the information, usually the addresses, on the payment method don’t match the information in the billing section of the order. Please double check that all of this information is current and correct for both the payment method and the order.
