Order is late, no estimated time of arrival

Hello I purchased 3 items on so far I received 2 of the items right on time. The third has yet to arrive. It was supposed to arrive on 5/6/2021 as was stated on the order confirmation. I received a notification from stating on 5/6/2021 my order would be delayed and should arrive the next day 5/7/2021. Waited all day for my package and never got it, didn't even get another delayed notification.

So I looked into it, for some reason my package has been stuck in Eau Claire, Wisconsin for the last 4 days. Tried contacting fedex and they said the standard shipping I got (no options for others besides store pickup and one day later than originally estimated) was 3 to 5 business days. I'm sorry but its extremely scummy to advertise 2 day shipping when it's clearly being sent with standard fedex rates. Here is the shipping tracking information I've received and is still stating no estimated time of delivery. I understand stuff can be delayed a little especially if its coming from Texas or California but this is absolutely ridiculous when the item is being shipped from less than 6 hours away.

I'm very annoyed by this situation because its costing me my livelihood. Since working from home I've been relying on my computer and since my cpu died I needed a quick replacement which is now turning into a nightmare.

Please can I get some assistance with this problem because the call center won't do anything and fedex isn't helping either. If this cannot be resolved in the next day I definitely want to cancel this item and take my money elsewhere, where I know I'll get my product on time.
