Order hasn't shipped (over 2 months)

I purchased a remote car starter. Normally it costs $450 plus installation. I ordered it in November 30 for $250 including installation. It is being shipped to the store and installed there. Was first scheduled to be installed January 1. It didn't come in, and they were going to cancel the order. I do NOT want them to cancel order because of great price I got. I rescheduled installation for next week. It's still not in. In going too have to contact them again. From reviews, it seems like other people are getting theirs. Plus, stores somewhat close (for delivery, not for me to travel to) have some in stock, so I know the item isn't on backorder. Who do I talk to to get my order expedited??? Thanks!

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. With winter nearing its end, I'm sorry that your remote start has been delayed so long. I'd like to look into this to see if I can help out.
