Order has not charged or shipped

Hello. I placed an order for a Lenovo laptop on 3/20/2020 and got an order confirmation saying I can expect to receive my product by Friday 3/27/2020. Today is Wednesday 3/25/2020 and the order status still says they are getting it ready and also my bank has not been charged for the laptop, only for the Microsoft office suite I bought with it.
I am concerned that the product will not arrive on the date it says, In two days and with such an expensive product I need to be at home in order to receive it, but Best Buy has not given me any updates.

Can someone please reach out to me to find out how I can find out when I should expect to receive the product?
