I've been a long-time lurker of the forums, since long before I first became Premiere Silver, and can't recall ever needing to post until now. Things usually work themselves out, but I'm not quite certain this time so I registered just to post for assistance with a particular online order.
I ordered three items (an outdoor speaker and a couple of game controllers) each with an additional replacement plan on 6/13/19 with an expected delivery date of 6/15/19. Yeah, we could have made a trip to our preferred BB on the 14th to pick them up in-store, as they were in-stock, but home delivery was more convenient for us at the time. The items showed "Preparing" for a couple of days--not a big deal, as we all know the shipping status updates to be a little slow.
Eventually, the order status displayed "Delayed" for the physical items-- still not a big deal--it would have been nice to get them when expected, but not the end of the world in this particular instance. Just paired an existing controller from a different console in the meantime and ran to BB to buy a second speaker like the one we had ordered, because we planned on eventually having a pair of them anyway. I expected the shipment would show up at the house on the 16th or 17th (and probably while the order status still showed "Delayed") because, again, this is the what has usually happened when there has been the occasional hiccup in the past. Oh well, it is what it is. Just a little patience, right?
Monday 6/17/19 rolls around and there is finally some activity on the order and a tracking number for UPS shows up. Great! Of course I see the items were shipped from an hour or two away in another state, but looks like they made it to town the morning of the originally expected delivery. Shouldn't be too long now. More activity follows...must have hit the hub or warehouse, because UPS says shipment "Delivered. Left at dock. Signed by Preload."
We should be getting our items anytime now. But nothing ever came that day--well, we got boxes from other vendors, just not from BB anyway. Our eagerly anticipated shipment must have gotten in later than the trucks rolled out. Perhaps it was shipped as the dreaded SurePost (with its never-failing one-day delay) and just didn't make it in time to be handed off to the mail carrier. That afternoon, though, on 6/17, the three plans we added for the items all became active. Irritating, because they usually don't start until the items are at our door, but what's just one day?
But then 6/18 came and went, too! Now 6/19 is pretty much over--still no delivery and nothing new on our order status except "Delivered. Left at dock. Signed by Preload." and already 3 days into each of the replacement plans.
Tomorrow it will have been just over a week since the order was placed online for items that we could've just grabbed off the shelf nearby. Again, at the time it was just more convenient to have them delivered, and we all know that sometimes, things happen that aren't anticipated. There's no need to apologize, we already know that this particular online ordering experience wasn't ideal or intentional--it happens.
What we don't know, however, is either when to actually anticipate our order to arrive at the door, or where exactly this dock is, assuming this mysterious Preload character still has our package.

I also apologize for the issues with getting that order delivered, and for my late response. As you may have noticed, we’ve been very busy, and it’s taking longer than we’d like to reply to everyone.

For any other forum searchers with a similar issue in the future, I'd like to add that while we've been waiting for someone to become available to look into the situation for us, we started second-guessing everything and considered perhaps, just maybe, some internal processing notes were unintentionally left in the tracking details by mistake. So we've naturally reviewed our home security camera footage (from both the front door and street view from the front porch) daily since then to rule out either an accidental misdelivery to any of the neighboring houses or any possibility that the order has in fact delivered and subsequently stolen--while somehow escaping the attention of the three tiny terrors always primed for any chance to reprise their popular canine chorus should the mail-lady come up our walkway or the occasional passerby stroll down the street. We can confidently validate no delivery, to date, has taken place.
