Order has been credited buy I no longer have gift card

I was credited for a previous purchase that I no longer have the gift card for.  I need a new gift card issued with the credited amount.  I have contacted customer service several times and keep getting routed to the wrong area.  Please help as this is making me want to return the item and no longer shop here due to the inconvenience.

I ended up returning the item and was able to go into the store and have some of the amount applied to a new gift card from customer service.  There is still $18.02 in return credit waiting for authorization under my order number.  Under returns it says check waiting for authorization.  Will the $18.02 be refunded via check and if so how long will it take. I returned the item on January 2nd and it has been a week already.  My order number is {removed per forum guidelines}

Welcome to our forums!  I know whenever I return my purchases, I’m hopeful the refund will get to me as soon as possible.  Having to wait for a refund can certainly be an inconvenience, and I certainly don’t blame you for wanting to make sure the funds will be sent your way as soon as possible.

 

As outlined in our Return & Exchange Promise, a refund check can take up to 10 business days before arriving to you, so it’s not uncommon for your check to arrive over a week after the refund has been processed.  With that said, if after 10 business days you’ve not received your check, feel free to visit our Support Forums again and send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
