Order got cancelled but gift cards did not get balance back

I had an order that got cancelled and used 5 gift cards, 3 of them did get the balance back rather quickly, 2 of them I am still yet waiting, have talk to chat support and got promised within 24 hrs balance would be restored and nothing [reference to the chat {removed per forum guidelines}] , then after waiting and nothing I call gift card support and the automated system got me nowhere, then after choosing the option to speak with an agent got the message that the phone is disconnected to call the 1-800-BEST-BUY number.


I called the best buy customer service support and the guy told me that my cards got refunded not listening or paying attention to what I said at all, after I made him understood he just told me it would take a whike to get it back [reference number to the call removed per forum guidelines}].


Not only the best credit card had screwed me over by cancelling the order but this situation with the gift cards and the rendundancy and inconsitensy of not getting an aswer is extremely upsetting, I need someone that knows how to get this issue resolved, gift card page states that balance gets back into the gift cards within 30 min, well this is not the case at all.

Welcome to our community forums. It's always great to have a gift card around, I know I usually have a couple at any given time. I know if I were in your shoes I would want to the full balance on my gift card back as quick as possible.
