Order gone wrong!

I ordered an Xbox gift card, iTunes gift card, Echo Show (2nd gen 10 inch), a griddle and a pressure cooker. I met the UPS driver outside as I was expecting another large delivery that I din;t want my husband to see. I received 2 Best Buy boxes. One had the griddle and one had an echo show and an HP ink cartridge (which I didn't order). Upon looking there was not a packing slip to find out why I had ink. I looked closer and the SHow was 5.5 inch not the 10 inch, over a $100 dollar difference and the gift cards were showing delivered, but no where to be found. I called Best Buy and was told I have to file a police report for the stolen gift cards because they are showing activated. I was trying to explain that I feel I was shipped someone else's box, due to the ink and the incorrect Show. Now I am 'out' the gift cards and have to take the Show to the store (which I purposely avoid) in hopes that this mess will be corrected. I have never had this issue from any other online retailer! I order from Amazon almost weekly as well as Target. Upon looking on the reviews, this seems to be a common problem. Maybe better QA would help this situation.
