Order gets cancelled for more than 10 times! Calling does not help! And they are holding money!

This was a post from last year and I noticed Bestbuy deleted the original one. So I'll repost here for record!

I wanted to buy a 13 inch macbook pro from bestbuy with this great deal (which is already sold out btw). Bestbuy just wouldn't let me buy it. Every time I put the order, it got cancelled in a few minutes. Tried with different payment method, changed shipping to instore pickup. Nothing works! Then call the customer service next morning, waited about 20 minutes to talk to someone. And guess what? They can't help me. The system refuse to let me order because it cannot verify some information, and the customer service cannot help! They want me to wait 10 DAYS for someone to investigate that!

 

And, they are stilling holding $1349 of my credit card from I don't know which order I put!

 

This is really unacceptable!
