Good morning,
Yesterday i brought this game for switch from your store : https://www.bestbuy.com/site/persona-5-strikers-nintendo-switch/6444163.p?skuId=6444163
I know that you're not sending product outside the united states, so i createad an account with an USA Address, using a shipping site called ColisExpat wich they told me that they're dealing with your order multiple times, sending product from Usa to European Country like France, Italy ecc...
The problem is that after the payment, you cancel my order saying that you cannot ship to the selected address wich is Located in Englishtown(New Jersey). So why did you cancel my pre order of the game?

I speculate your order was canceled because you are having it sent to a freight forwarder.
Which I do believe not allowed for a variety of reasons.
I strongly suspect also that the freight forwarder was not being entirely honest with you.

Thanks for your reply, the company in question is ColisExpat in any case i hope that best buy can give me more information and let me know wich company use for shipping item to italy.

There none that you can use.
For a variety of legal reasons Best Buy does not export products.
You will have to get your product through a different means.

Ok i understood that you're not a Best buy employee, but how can i contact them? Best buy doesn't have an email for the support, and of course i can't call them because i don't have an USA number. I need to know thi different means that you say from them and understand how to export items fromn best buy, what are these different means? that is my question and i want to know from them.

Thank you for posting on our forum regarding your recent order. I hate to hear this was cancelled, but as bobberuchi mentioned, it sounds like you were having this shipped to a freight forwarder.
While the address is located in the United States, we don't ship products to freight forwarders. Our products are intended to be used in the US, so our system automatically cancels any purchases that could be shipped to another country. I know that isn't the answer you were hoping for, but that policy is in place as it's very hard to receive support with an item if it doesn't work or needs to be exchanged after leaving the US.
