Order delivered by USPS on 2/8/19 at my mailbox but it isn't anywhere to be found.

My order was supposedly delivered at my mailbox but my mailbox is too small for any sizable package a gaming controller might be in. I have email updates on all my mail and so I was notified when my mail had been delivered. I immeadiatly headed to collect it, saw USPS leaving and no package just mail. I checked the tracking info on Best Buy and USPS but to my suprise they both said it had been delivered. I checked around the house in case it had been dropped off but nothing. I returned the next day in case USPS left a redelivery notice as they have done in the past but it was empty. The post office is closed for the next few days so I have come to Best Buy for help or is this a matter I must resolve with USPS? Thank you for your time.

Just so you know, an immediate response is not guaranteed here so it's essentially however you can resolve the issue first while a moderator looks at it,

 

You can call 1-888-BEST-BUY and let them know of your situation. I've seen many customers like your situation where they simply reshipped it but each case is a unqiue expeirence.

 

But also, looking on a local app Next Door, I've heard neighbors say packages get marked as delivered due to the volume of packages that day to create a backlog but they usually arrive a day later after being marked as such.

 

I can see how this would cause a scare and concern and would bring it up to the postmaster general in that area if you are in doubt.

Have you contacted USPS about your package? Per our Shipping Times and Cost section online it specifies the Title to Products, meaning you will need to first address the loss with USPS. Please contact them, and let me know what they say.
