Order delayed

I ordered something on 01/05/20 and it was supposed to get here the next day and ever since then it just says that it’s been shipped. When I try to track it from OnTrac it says Awaiting Package and it’s been like that for 6 days. I ordered this item since it wasn’t in stores until the 11th which is today. I want to know where my package is at and why it’s taking so long to get here if it’s already back in stock in stores.

We always hope our customers will receive their orders by their estimated arrival date, and while we hit this mark a majority of the time, there are instances where this isn’t always the case.  It can certainly be disappointing when it happens, so I completely understand why you’d want to see what might be causing this delay.

 

For me to look into your order further, there are a few pieces of additional information I’ll need from you.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

This should be enough information for me to begin my research, and hopefully see what we can do to get this order to you as soon as possible.
