Order delayed. Would like a refund.

Hi I placed an iPhone order ({Removed per forum guidelines}) on 04/26 and before I pay best buy told me the estimated delivery is 04/30. On 04/29 best buy sent me an email and changed the scheduled delivery date to 05/04. Now it's 05/05 I still didn't receive my iPhone (and looks like it's not scheduled for delivery today!). I'm in an urgent need of a new phone and this made it really inconvenient to me. I'm going to buy a iPhone in Apple store directly and I'd like a refund for my best buy order. I didn't get the phone and dunno when or if I'll get it. Pls contact UPS and coordinate to get the phone back. I only want a refund. Thanks!

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize for the delay in your iPhone order. I know how important having a working phone is.  


Generally speaking, an order can only be cancelled for a refund within 30 minutes of it being placed. You can see details about that here. If it cannot be cancelled, you would need to return it for a refund under our Return & Exchange Promise to get a refund.
