Order delayed - 10% back on credit card

On March 31st I signed up for a Best Buy credit card online. A few days later I tried making a purchase, but it said my CVC was inccorect, so I waited until I recieved my card to make the purchase. I then made the purchase on April 12th (the day I got my card), but my order is delayed and my Best Buy card has yet to be charged. I'm not sure when I'll be charged, but now it is past the 14 days I had to use my card so that I could get my 10% back on my first purchase. Will I still get the 10%, since the order was placed within 14 days of applying for the card? Thanks

It looks like my order ended up shipping, but from the pending points in my account it looks like I may not be awarded the 10% back that I was promised upon opening the account. This is frustrating, because I placed the order as soon as I got the card, but since BBY didn't ship until later it seems like this may have voided the 10%. If this is the case I am returning everything to BBY upon receiving and cancelling this card.
