So my Best Buy for Business account cancels everything I order starting from yesterday, even a vacuum I want to purchase for my office. We did some heavy spending at Best Buy this past couple days, and now got this. Can some one help me with this issue? Thanks!

Same issue; except my account was good for several months before. Past few days Best Buy has literally been canceling almost every order. This is getting kind out of hand and our business is starting to look at alternative options. Which is a real shame considering how much we spend with Best Buy each year. My suggestion is to treat your business customers better because they are also choosing best buy for their personal needs. I've literally spent over $15k this year just with personal shopping at my local store.

The $15k+ I spent on personal shopping because of well Best Buy treated me for my business needs is probably way more than the few "Karens" that complain. They probably will shop at Best Buy once a year if you're lucky. And the thing is I do not have to choose Best Buy to purchase an $5k LG OLED. There are other places that sell it slightly cheaper; but I chose Best Buy. If Best Buy values the opinions of Karens over us then it's their loss. And I'm sure many business owners feel the same.
