Order cancelled due to being unable to verify information?

This is a known issue and obviously has been one for sometime. Everytime I place an order it gets cancelled within 5 minutes due to bestbuy being unable to verify information. I'm using my best buy credit card.

I've tried a few solutions that I've found from searching around such as changing my email, but that doesn't work. I've tried changing my email on my credit card and actual best buy account.

I've called Citi, everything is fine on their end. Ive called best buy twice- once I was hung up on and the other.time I was transferred to a closed department. What gives?

Because of this, I missed out on the i7-9700k deal for $300 and now I've also missed out on it again for $360. This is not a user error, it's something within best buys system and I can't seem to get an actual resolution from any line I contact. I can't just go to the store and see what's up, it's a 45 minute drive and I just don't currently have the time for that.

I would like to know what information needs verified and if there's a direct contact line I can get to someone that will actually be able to help resolve this situation opposed to being shuffled around until I lose hope.

I would like to know if I'll be able to apply any of the sales discoutns to the processor that I've missed out on as well.
