Order cancelled after order confirmation email

My order got cancelled and refunded and have the following message, this problem needs to be resolved immediately. Never had a problem like this and it seems to be a common problem.

Welcome to the forum!  Ordering online should be a quick and easy process, so I can understand wanting answers as to why your most recent order was cancelled shortly after receiving its confirmation email in your inbox.  It looks like we had to remove some of the information in your post to protect your privacy, but I was still able to locate your order in our systems.

 

As mentioned in the email you received, it appears we were unable to verify some of the information on your order.  Have you had the chance to contact your financial institution to ensure all of your information is up-to-date on their end and in your BestBuy.com account?  If not, I’d recommend doing so before placing another order.  If you continue to experience any further issues with your online orders, please let me know and I’d be happy to take a closer look with you.

As you said earlier "If you continue to experience any further issues with your online orders, please let me know and I’d be happy to take a closer look with you." I doubt if the proiblem was tackled in the first place because literally less than 2 mins ago a new order I placed wiht my Citibank Mastercard got cancelled immediately after I recieved payment update confirmed email in my inbox.. To cut it short I'm able to make purchases online on other stores with both visa and mastercard just fine but sad enough same can't be said when placing order online with bestbuy.
