Order canceled 😞

I order an open box insignia 55 inch due to my LG tv giving out right before Thanksgiving. I ordered my TV on the 24th and set it for store pickup the following day, which is black friday. On the 25th I kept checking my status hoping I would get a notification stating my order is ready to pick-up, but instead I get the tv is unavailable. I saw I had "cancel and options" as an option to my problem, but the only souution was to cancel. I was hoping for another tv option. I have no tv now, I also did the pay in 4 so my refund will take almost 2 weeks. Now I need to search for another tv and begin the whole process again. This was unacceptable.
