I made a purchase Nov 20, 2019 and it was canceled minutes after the purchase was approved and payment as well. I looked in my bank and had accepted the payment.

I'm on vacation in the United States and I'm looking to buy, but I can't.

i'm filling in the address they ask on the credit card of the hotel i'm staying at.
