Order canceled

Sooooo my order was cancelled. I have spent several days on the phone now trying to get this issue resolved. I was given a case number so the issue with this transaction could be reviewed, and so my money could be released on best buy's end so I could reorder. I waited a few days because I was told by customer service that it would take a few days to review my case. Meantime the price of the item has increased and now I do not have the money to purchase this item. Not only is this transaction pending at my bank, I was delayed until I could not purchase the item at a lower price. The operators at the customer service all have a different set of instructions for what I should do to resolve this problem. I am being bounced back and forth between my bank and best buy's customer service number. Bank says the sale is still pending, Best buy says the money was released, but the purchase wouldnt officially be "dropped" until March 29. Now I do not even have the option to withdraw the cash and go to the store for purchase. I have made many MANY online purchases and never had an issue until now. This laptop was to be my birthday present. I was sent the money to get it, and now that plan is ruined.
