This seems to be happening a lot to Best Buy credit card holders.
Every bestbuy.com order I place is cancelled immediately. My credit card and personal info is 100% correct and Telephone customer service can’t understand what I’m saying. Any ideas?

Orders can be cancelled for a variety of reasons. Can you please send us a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and an example of your cancelled ordered number? We’d be happy to review the information to see what insight we can shed on this for you. A private message can be sent to us by choosing the blue button in my signature.
