I tried to place an order several times, using different credit cards only to have all orders canceled. I used US-issued credit cards, shipping to US address and transactions were verified with AmEx SafeKey feature - still, within minutes I got message that orders were canceled.
A rep via chat said smth like automated system canceled the order but I'm still not sure why exactly. Could anyone help to have this issue resolved as this is very frustrating.
