I have tried to order multiple items with mulitple credit/debit cards on bestbuy.com
Each time the orders get cancelled.
I have called customer service about 10 times.
I have not heard back about why this keeps happening.
Everytime I call they tell me someone will look into the issue and get back to me but nothing ever happens after that.
I have checked all my contact information on all the cards I've tried using, I've checked my information with my bank.
I spend lots of money at Best Buy and want to continue to do that, please help!

Orders may cancel for different reasons sometimes. It could be that the purchase does not meet BestBuy.com’s Conditions of Use. Using the information accessible to me through the information you provided on the forum, I can see you have proactively contacted our Customer Care Team.

I still haven't heard back from Best Buy regarding why my orders still keep getting canceled. I guess when they say they "escalated my issue" that mean they just igonor it. I give up on Best Buy they obviously don't care about their customers. I really would like to purchase things from Best Buy but they are forcing me to go to Amazon. Oh well!
