Order canceled immediately

Hi, 

 

I tried to submit an order earlier today which was immediately canceled along with several others. {removed per forum guidelines} and {removed per forum guidelines} were the first two canceled which I checked out as guest and used my paypal email of {removed per forum guidelines}. After these orders canceled I tried to login to my personal bestbuy account rather than checking out as guest and place the order but it was also canceled {removed per forum guidelines}. My personal account has always worked fine (I am reseller and have successfully purchased many products before) and I assume it had something to do with the previous two orders canceling for using guest checkout. So at this point I created a business account after researching why the account canceled. I had not previously known about a business account, and I also applied for and was accepted into tax exempt program for my registered business. I attempted to place the order several more times in different ways on the newly opened business account and all were canceled immediately ({removed per forum guidelines}; {removed per forum guidelines};{removed per forum guidelines}{removed per forum guidelines}

 

Clearly, there is some kind of block on my information as the last order I placed with my bank debit card canceled rather than trying to use a credit card or my paypal debit card. I have verified on 3 cards that there is not any kind of hold preventing you guys from charging my cards.

 

 Please look into both of my accounts {removed per forum guidelines}; and {removed per forum guidelines}

I have a personal and business account and am sales tax exempt.  I recently within the last 24 hrs created the business account to try to be able to accept the previously canceled orders and I have many orders out for delivery that have already processed before this flagging of my accounts occured. Please someone look into this as I've contacted customer service and they had no real answer besides try again and as you can see I definitely have

Ordering things online is really exciting, but it must be a let-down to have an order be canceled.

I've tried to place 3 orders today and it looks like they are again processing
