We bought a laptop on Cyber Monday and it was supposed to be delivered today. Chat support was of zero help and they said that the Free Alexa Dot was what was cancelled which it wasn't.
Why does our tracking read:
We received your return Today, and we'll process it within 10 business days. Depending on your original payment method, please allow 10 additional business days to receive your refund.
Why was my bought item returned to Best Buy by Shipt? We had somebody home all day. Why was this delivery seemingly cancelled mid send? We want this item at the price we paid.
