Order came damaged and not honoring price match!?

I purchased a gaming chair on the 11/18/22 and recieved the chair with most of the plastic cover parts damaged. Also, I purchased it for 289.99 and noticed it dropped to 249.99 and wanted a price match; only to have the agent tell me to come back on the 28th?

 

In which I didn't understrand, because in the policy it cleary states ya'll honor matching during sales, match competitors and even yourselfs if price drops, and my order is not even open box or even clearance? Seriously, if ya'll didn't want to honor your own price match guarantee, just tell me. Didn't want to have to return and re-purchase as I have already assembed the chair. Sigh, so much for best and convenient service.
