Order being automatically cancelled?

I’m trying to place an order online and for some reason it keeps being cancelled. I talked with customer support on bestbuy website and they just said try another card. Which I did and it was cancelled again. They also said to contact my credit card company and I did, they said it was nothing on their end so it must be an issue with bestbuy. Just trying to figure out how I can resolve this. Appreciate any info.

It could be that the purchase does not meet BestBuy.com’s Conditions of Use, or it’s no longer available. Placing an order online is meant to be simple, and this does not seem to have been your case.
