I order a hard drive on Tuesday Aug 17. it was to arrived to my home the next day. Yesterday I recieve the item was being shipped out. Then 20 mintues later recieve a notifcation I am being refunded. What is going on and why did bestbuy.com refund me?

I was able to talk to bestbuy representative over the phone. They were able to resolve the issue. Sorry for inconvenice, this thread can be closed.
