Order and Cancellation

Hello, I recently ordered a small refridgerator for $192...it said at the time, shipping for October and then when I called to see where my order was it said should ship by NOvember 22nd! I cancelled as I need the fridge...now I see the same fridge that I ordered for way more money ($269) but can be delivered for November 16th.  I think this is very wrong and not good business practice.  It is really quite the scam...please let me know if you can please ship me out the fridge I ordered at the same price with a normal date that doesn't change later to be months out.

Thank you for taking the time to register to our Best Buy Forums to let us know about your order. I am sorry to hear that your original order was delayed and the refrigerator has changed price since then. I can definitely under your frustration when something you were looking to buy is no longer on sale. I'm happy to help you look into this to see how I can assist you. 

 

With some exceptions most of our sales begin on Sunday when our weekly ad is published and end the following Saturday. Once a sale price has ended we are no longer able to honor it. We offer new sales every week, so keep an eye out for our new weekly ad!

Hello,

 

Unfortunately that was not my complaint really.  I ordered the fridge at a much lower price and the time to get it said only a few weeks, then when  I called it said it wasnt until NOvember 22nd (6 weeks out from when I ordered).  I couldn't wait that long.  When I looked up that item again, it was more money and the delivery date is much earlier than what I ordered mine was for.  So I really not sure this is a very fair business practice.  Please let me know...I would like the fridge delivered like it was first supposed to or what delivery is at now and also get it for the price I originally ordered it at.

Thank you for your response. I understand your frustration that the price on this refrigerator has become more available in our inventory and the price has since increased. Because you cancelled your previous order and the price has changed we are no longer able to honor that sales price.
