I placed an order on 11/22 for Evil West for the Xbox Series X. When I ordered it indicated it would be delivered today, 11/25. However, the order has not actually shipped. A UPS label was apparently created, but the order summary says "Ready to be shipped". UPS tracking says "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet".
The item still shows as in stock, so what is going on?

Hi there, ejhuffman,
Thanks so much for reaching out to us here on Best Buy Forums. I can certainly understand wanting your order in a timely manner.
Shipping timing is estimated when you place your order. In most cases, the get-by date on the order is updated to reflect this. However, there are some factors that can potentially delay your shipment, including peak times (such as Black Friday or the Holiday season) and delays with the carrier.
I would be happy to look into this closer if you had any further inquiries. To get started, please send me a private message by clicking on the button near my signature. Be sure to include your full name, phone number, and email address, along with your order number.

This canned response was not marked a solution by me. It is not a solution. This matter is not solved.
My concern is not about the order not arriving on the stated date, rather that the package showed as ready to be picked up on 11/22 and that UPS doesn't have it. In fact, tracking STILL says the package has not been picked up - 4 days after the label was created and the package was ready for pickup.
This seems quite unusual and it appeas that there may be a problem with the order. and I would like to have it looked into as soon as possible.
