Order Suddenly Refunded by Shipt

Hello,

 

I placed an order for two games on November 20th that was scheduled to be delivered today. However, at 8:18 PM EST, I received an email indicating that the order was refunded because Shipt was unable to deliver my package. Based on the tracking information, it looks like they received the package today at 12:22 PM and returned it at 8:17 PM, so I'm not sure what happened in that gap of time to cause this to happen. When I placed this order, I don't recall selecting Shipt for this order and I've never encountered this issue before, so I'm quite confused by how this is turning out.

 

I am still interested in purchasing these games and they're currently in stock, but I don't want to place another order until I know for certain what is going on and you can confirm that I will receive my gift card balance and $10 certificate back with this refund. Would you be able to assist me with this order and explain what exactly is going on with it? Please let me know if you can assist and I can provide more information.

I do a lot of online shopping myself, so I can understand the frustration of having an order canceled without a clear explanation. Please know that when an order is returned, the refund is issued back to the customer's original form of payment, in this case your gift card, and certificates are returned to the purchasers My Best Buy account as well. Hi Lisa,

 

I sent you a message on the 22nd, but haven't heard back from you. Is there any further information needed from me to assist with my issue? I'm still not seeing my gift card and $10 certificate refunded, though I understand it could take 10 business days going by the order details. I would just like to make sure that getting the full refund won't be a problem in any way.
