Order Stuck on "Getting it ready" the day before it is supposed to arrive

Hello!

The other day, I purchased two things from bestbuy.com. One was shipped a little under a day after I made the order with no issues. The other has been stuck on "Getting it ready" for a few days now. My delivery date shows that it is still supposed to arrive tomorrow, but I'm suspicious that will actually happen since I have no shipping info yet.

Normally, that wouldn't be a big deal if an order arrived late, but getting it tomorrow is something I was counting on due to some work travel on friday. So, is there any chance it actually arrives tomorrow even though the shipping info hasn't been generated yet?

Thanks!

Re: Order Stuck on "Getting it ready" the day before it is supposed to arrive

Good afternoon, clouds13we,

Welcome to our forums!  I apologize for the delay in our response, as we’ve become a bit backlogged on our forums over the past few days, and it’s taking us a bit longer to reply to our customers than we’d usually expect.

As someone who keeps an eye on my online orders tracking like a hawk, I completely understand why you’d want to make sure your order was shipping as expected.  If you’ve not yet received your order, or need any additional assistance, I’ll be happy to take a closer look, and offer any assistance I can.

If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

This should be enough information for me to begin my research, and hopefully provide any additional assistance you might need.  As mentioned, be sure to use the “Private Message” button in my signature to get this information to me, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.

Regards,
